EnG isn’t a fad diet, crazy religion or new exercise device. It’s a holistic approach to wellness that strengthens the threads of the mind, body and spirit and unites them as one. It’s a journey and a lifestyle.
Welcome. My name is Eleonora Gafton. In 2007 after working in the hotel industry for over 20 years my sanity, quality of life and health all hit rock bottom. I underwent surgery for cervical cancer. During my post surgical convalescence I searched my heart and soul and knew I needed to take back control of my life and make a major change. I made educating my-self and living a healthier and better life-style my mission. Now I share my mission with others through teaching, consulting, coaching and cooking. What we eat is now the number one cause of preventable death globally. The rise in diet-related illness corresponds with the boom in processed and ultra-processed foods that line the shelves of grocery stores. These foods are high in fats, salts, and sugar and low in fiber, micronutrients, and phytochemicals offered at low prices (van Kesteren & Evans, 2020). Through utilization of whole foods, medicinal herbs and conscious living, I provide a holistic approach in nutritional protocol. Whether you have issues with stress management, digestive health, food allergies, chronic diseases, metabolic syndrome, weight management or just want to eat, live and feel better, I can help you on your journey of self-discovery and lifestyle change.
